*This is a commission based client facing role*

 

Shift Timings: 5pm - 2am (Pakistan Standard Time)

Basic Salary Bracket: PKR 60,000 - PKR 90,000 (+ PKR 10,000 after 3 months probation)

Commissions: 10% - 17% (no cap)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Account Executive in a US clients-facing role.

 

Position Overview:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for coordinating and dispatching freight shipments for our US clients. Your expertise in sales, combined with your exceptional organizational and planning skills, will enable you to effectively manage load booking, route planning, and strategic decision-making to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch freight shipments for our US clients, ensuring efficient load booking and route planning.
  • Engage with US clients on a regular basis, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with truck drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients, maintaining accurate records in our system.
  • Utilize your sales experience to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our client base.
  • Strategically plan and optimize routes to minimize transportation costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our services.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Account Executive in the trucking industry, with a strong focus on US clients is preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales experience within the US industry, showcasing the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of dispatching, load booking, and route planning processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
